Day 34, 35 & 36

Day 34 - Friday (4 Dec 2009)

Breakfast: 2 keping butterscotch & radix koko. (8.15 a.m)

Lunch: Laksam, pedal ayam 4 ke 3 ketul (lupa), hati ayam seketul. Half cream puff, but dont have cream, taktau ape dia pakai, macam kaler puding jagung tapi lagi lembik2. (1.30 p.m)

Dinner: hard boiled egg, 1 roti. (6.30 p.m)

Air masak.

kak zira balik rumah beli maknan dari pasar dengan kawan dia, diorang 'paksa' makan???? ;D kuih cara berlauk 1 keping, kopok leko separuh keping, char koew tiaw satu sudu. (8.15 p.m)

Spirumadu half mug.

120 x jumping-jacks.


Day 35- Saturday (5 Dec 2009)

Breakfast- meehoon goreng & air teh half mug. (9.30 a.m)

Lunch: (gi kenduri teman my aunty) ayam masak merah seketul, daging sikit, nanas masak lemak ikan masin 2hiris, sayur acar timun carrot sikit. Air sirap tawar half glass. (1.15 p.m)

Balik rumah - (2.30 p.m) -_- cendol 1 mug. karipap satu.

Dinner- meehon & kuih cakoi separuh cicah kari ayam. (7.00 p.m)

Air masak.

bercita-cita takmo makan lagi, tetapi....

Supper!!!! - kuih cakoi 1 cicah kari ayam & ayam goreng seketul kecik & sayur-mayur. (9.00 p.m)

Air masak.

120 x jumping-jacks. (which is not enough and dont have any effect after u 'swallowed' all those stuff.)

Day 36- Sunday (6 Dec 2009)

Breakfast: Lempeng nipis 1 cicah kari, tosei suku. (9.30 a.m)

ade je orang nak sakitkan hati cari pasal pagi2, i was very sensitive tiba2. dah la tengan makan, breakfast for godsake! rezeki pertama masuk dalam perut. tension! kalau ada deathnote dah lama tulis nama dia dalam buku tu, dengan cara macam mana kita nak dia mati!! (kan sabtu malam tunjuk Death note kat 8TV, beriya tengok. i like. dah la sebelum tu tengok doremon, cakap nak ada doremon seekor. cikNaz!!!) sob sob sob T_T nanges weyy jangan taktau. punya tragis. im 21 now! next year i'll be 22!! stop treat me like this, im a big girl. dont make fun about my body, weight dan seangkatan dengannya. *sigh* this will never stop til u get skinny as tiny teeny winy as u can.

macam2 la, malas nak cite lebih. buat naik darah je.

Lunch: (lagi2 kenduri) Ayam masak rempah seketul, daging masak rempah 2ketul kecikk, ubi 3ketul, sayur timun letak santan & bawang skit, sayur kobis hancur2 dengan carrot2 hancur2 letak mayonise kot skitt, macam closlo tu. Air sirap. Bubur payasom half glass. (1.00 p.m)

Dinner: Lempeng nipis cicah ayam masak sambal, ikan bilis sambal & sayur 1 sudu --> -_- 1 sudu je sayur.. (5.00 petang)

balik sampai rumah tak makan pape dah sampai tido, air masak je.
