It's not that bad.

Breakfast: 2 slice of bread + mix fruit jem + little bittt marjerin. Kopi radix + Cereal radix (9.30 a.m)


Lunch: 3 toast + a bowl of Campbell's mushroom soup. (4.30 p.m)

Dinner: 20+- pieces Kak su's Double Decker snacks (keropok udang). Green Tea + 1tbs Honey(9.00 p.m)

20 x sit-ups.

10 x jumping-jets.

3 x push-ups. T_T (berat montot)
