Breakfast: 2 biskut kecik, 2 keping biskut gula julies (gula??!!) + radix koko. (8.30 a.m)
Lunch: Ikan kembong masak asam, sayur kacang panjang, sayur tauge campur tauhu campur carrot skittt. (1.30 p.m)
Petang: Kuih lepat pisang 1 size kecik. (4.00 p.m) (i tried to avoid, tapi cik sidah bawak, dia bagi T_T)
Dinner: 2 slice of bread + mixed fruit jem + little bitttt marjerin. Chocolate milk-half mug. (6.30 p.m)
Green Tea + 1tbs Honey. (9.30 p.m)
10 x sit-ups.
3 x push-ups.
